Camp Gladiator is growing, and will be creating a unique and innovative group fitness CG Arena. We are looking for a Club Manager to manage the day-to-day activities of the fitness facility. CG Arena will be a work-out facility unlike any other in Austin, Texas. The facility will showcase the top group X instructors and offer group classes including spin, boxing, pump, step, yoga, dance and boot camp. Additionally, elite Certified Personal Trainers will have the ability to provide personal training services. The club will also have a cardio area, free weights and functional work-out equipment for general member use.

- Managing all day-to-day activities at the club
- Selling memberships
- Managing group instructors, including recruiting/hiring/firing
- Managing personal trainers, including recruiting/hiring/firing
- Managing the sales team
- Overseeing club and equipment maintenance
- Responsible for the overall success and profitability of the club

- Bachelor degree preferred
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of the fitness industry
- 3+ years fitness or gym industry experience
- 3+ years sales experience
- Well-versed in facility management
- Successful management experience
- Interest in promoting the Camp Gladiator mission to positively impact the physical fitness and ultimately the lives of as many people as possible

This is a full-time salaried position located in Austin, Texas. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience. Compensation range is 50K – 70K.

Kid Gladiator, a certified non-profit 501c3 Summer Camp, is now recruiting for Summer 2012! Kid Gladiator is searching for Christian college students with a vision to impact the city of Austin, Texas by leading, serving and creating community through Christ. Applicants should be enthusiastic, leadership oriented, mentally, spiritually and emotionally mature and have experience working with kids. - Take primary responsibility for the health, well-being and happiness of campers

This is a seasonal position that can earn up to $300 per week. Applicants should be aware that Kid Gladiator is a certified non-profit 501c3 organization, and as a counselor they will be given the opportunity to join in our fundraising efforts to support scholarship campers.
