Community Guidelines

Last updated: September 21, 2021
Camp Gladiator is built on community, accountability, and respect. These guidelines ensure every Camper and Trainer feels safe, welcome, and supported—at every Camp, event, and digital interaction.
Participation in CG Camps or events signifies agreement to uphold these values. Violations may result in suspension or removal from the CG community.
Our Core Values
Every action in the CG community should reflect our 5 core values:
Integrity. Loyalty. Positivity. Teamwork. Passion.
Expectations
1. Respect One Another
We believe everyone deserves to be treated with kindness and dignity—whether you’re in person or online. That includes words, actions, body language, and energy.
2. Physical Contact
-
CG has a zero-tolerance policy for unwanted physical contact.
-
Always ask for consent—Trainers must ask before offering hands-on guidance.
-
Demonstrations and verbal cues are preferred unless contact is clearly welcomed.
3. Sexual Harassment & Misconduct
Unwelcome behavior—verbal or physical—is never acceptable. This includes:
-
Inappropriate comments, jokes, or gestures
-
Unsolicited remarks about appearance, gender identity, or relationship status
-
Any form of sexual harassment or assault
If you’ve experienced harassment or misconduct:
-
Clearly tell the person to stop (if safe to do so).
-
Report immediately to our Camper Support Team or, in emergencies, dial 911.
-
The National Sexual Assault Hotline is also available at rainn.org.
CG reserves the right to take immediate action, including removal and legal escalation, for any behavior that makes others feel unsafe or uncomfortable.
4. Disrespectful or Threatening Behavior
We do not tolerate:
-
Aggression, bullying, or intimidation
-
Profanity, yelling, or gestures that others may reasonably find offensive
-
Disparaging language toward others, including online
5. Discrimination
CG prohibits discrimination based on:
-
Race, ethnicity, national origin
-
Gender identity, sexual orientation, or sex
-
Religion, disability, age, or any other protected characteristic
Everyone is welcome at CG.
6. Drugs & Alcohol
-
Substance use is not permitted at Camp.
-
Do not arrive at Camp under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
-
If alcohol is served at a CG event, drink responsibly and represent the CG community with integrity.
7. Illegal Activity
Fraud, theft, harassment, or any unlawful behavior will result in removal from the CG community and may be referred to law enforcement.

CG reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation at its discretion. Decisions are made in the interest of community safety and maintaining a positive, inclusive environment for all.
Final Word
We’re proud of the CG community and what we stand for. When we bring our best selves—with energy, kindness, and accountability—we make Camp better for everyone.
Thanks for being part of something bigger.
