Camp Gladiator Meal Planning Terms of Use

These Meal Planning Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Camp Gladiator personalized meal planning feature (“Meal Plans”) delivered via the CG Camper App (the “App”). By using the Meal Plans, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which are separate from and incorporated by reference into the Camp Gladiator Membership Agreement and Privacy Policy.

 

1. Eligibility & Access
The Meal Plans are available exclusively to active Camp Gladiator BOLD and BOLD+ members, including promotional or trial versions of those memberships. They could be offered for purchase as a standalone product.
Meal Plan access is granted at no additional charge as part of your membership. Access may be modified, suspended, or revoked at CG’s sole discretion and is non-transferable.

If your BOLD or BOLD+ membership is canceled, paused, or otherwise terminated, your access to the Meal Plans will be automatically deactivated. Reactivation requires an active BOLD or BOLD+ membership in good standing.

2. Personalized Content
The Meal Plans are personalized based on the information you provide during onboarding, including but not limited to your:

• Height, weight, age, gender

• Activity level and wellness goals

• Dietary preferences and restrictions

 

Plans include weekly meal suggestions with nutritional data, macronutrient targets, and recipes. CG reserves the right to modify plan content at any time.

 

3. Informational Use Only – Not Medical Advice
The Meal Plans are intended for general informational and educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, dietary, or nutritional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You should consult with a physician, registered dietitian, or qualified healthcare provider before starting any new diet or nutrition plan — especially if you are pregnant, nursing, have food allergies, or a known medical condition.

You acknowledge that:

• Camp Gladiator is not a licensed healthcare provider.

• Our trainers and staff cannot provide medical or clinical nutrition advice.

• You are solely responsible for your use of the Meal Plans.

• If you experience any adverse symptoms, discontinue use and contact a healthcare provider immediately.

4. Data Collection and Use
To generate personalized meal plans, CG collects the personal data you provide during onboarding. This data may include health-related information such as weight, activity level, and dietary preferences.

We use this data solely to:

• Customize your meal plans

• Improve the quality of our digital tools

• Support your CG fitness experience

 

Data is stored and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required to operate this feature.

 

5. Modifications, Availability, and Disclaimers
We may update these Terms or modify or discontinue the Meal Plan feature at any time, without notice. Continued use after updates constitutes your acceptance.

Camp Gladiator makes no guarantees as to the accuracy, suitability, or availability of the Meal Plans and disclaims any warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Meal Plans are provided “as is” and “as available.”

6. Future Product Offerings
While currently included in CG BOLD and BOLD+ memberships, Camp Gladiator reserves the right to make the Meal Plans available as a standalone subscription, upgrade, or optional service in the future. Any such changes will be subject to updated terms and pricing.
