Big news for our CG community: the new meal planning tool is officially live inside the CG app, and it's included with every CG membership at no extra cost. Set your goal, and the app builds you a full week of personalized meals in about a minute of setup.


This is going to be a huge improvement for your fitness journey. Your CG workouts and meal plans now live side by side in the same app, designed to support each other every step of the way. The result is a single, connected experience built around your goals, your training, and the way you actually live.


Here's what the meal planner does

You'll walk through a short onboarding when you open the new Nutrition section for the first time. Six quick screens cover your goal, how active you are, the foods you like to eat, and the allergens you need to avoid.


From there, the app puts together a full week of personalized meals with calorie and macro targets that line up with how you're already training at CG.


New plans drop every Saturday morning, so by the time Sunday grocery shopping rolls around, your week is already mapped out and waiting on your home screen. If you're doing keto, eating gluten-free, going vegan, or staying away from certain foods because of an allergy, those preferences get locked in during onboarding, and every plan from that day forward respects them automatically.


Why it lives inside the CG app

The CG meal planner was built by the same team that knows how you train every week. That's what makes the meals feel genuinely connected to the work you're putting in at CG, and what sets it apart from a standalone nutrition app that doesn't know anything about your training.

Give it a real shot for a couple of weeks and pay attention to what changes. The CG members who get the most out of new things at CG are almost always the ones who lean in early and stay curious. If something feels off or you have a question along the way, your CG Trainer is the first person to talk to, and our team is right behind them.
